3. Fundamentals: Analyzing Communication Effectiveness [Online Clothing Store]
Online clothing stores have been the hit sites for years, but it becomes the most go to website since the Covid-19 strike in the country. People are not allowed to go out as it is not safe so everyone opted to shop online. Stores like H&M, Uniqlo, Mango, ASOS, ZARA and more have been offering clothes from various designs, for both genders and all ages. Most of these stores have their own websites and even offers mobile shopping applications on mobile devices.
In my opinion, the most user-friendly website is H&M as it offers clean and casual UI and UX which make users feel comfortable using it without any difficulties. H&M differs from other websites because first, the payment for their products are made jiffy. Payment difficulties on online shopping websites are always made difficult and confusing to some customers but that's not the problem to H&M. Aside from that, H&M's website does not crash most of the time, so is their app. Some of the stores' app crashed once updated to the new version which is quite a common problem. On top of that, H&M's customer service is certified top-notch. Their live customer service agent will offer as much help as possible to their customers. This is why H&M is the most user friendly website.
